Information we may collect about you
We may collect and process the following information about you:
-Personal information you provide us, when you subscribe to our emailnewsletters; phone the restaurant with a question or to make a booking; booka table online; book a table in person at the restaurant; post on our socialmedia or other social media interactions; enter a competition, promotion orsurvey; contact us with feedback; buy a gift voucher in person or online; applyfor a job with us or if you report a problem with our Site. Such information mayinclude your name, address, birthday, preferred restaurant location, e-mailaddress and phone number, financial and credit card information, personaldescription and photograph or any other information from which you may bepersonally identified.
-Information we automatically collect when you visit the Site, such as technicalinformation detailing your visits to the Site including, but not limited to trafficdata, location data and other communication data.
-Information we receive from other sources, for example if you use third partyreservation widgets on our Site to make a reservation at one of ourrestaurants. In this case we will have informed you when we collected thatdata that it may be shared internally and combined with data collected on thisSite.
Social Media Messaging
If you contact us using Facebook Messenger, Instagram or Twitter we receiveyour basic account information that you publicly share (first name, last name,
gender, location, profile picture, time zone) from the relevant social media site.We may use this information to respond to your message. We do not keep thisinformation longer than necessary to do this (generally one week). We do notcombine it with data collected on this Site.
Your Payment Card Details
In order to buy a voucher on our Site, you will need to input credit or debitcard details. Payment processing services are facilitated by Stripe PaymentsEurope Ltd (“Stripe”) and provided by third parties, including One TreeSoftware Ltd and Opentable. The Site will transfer payment details directlyfrom One Tree Software Ltd and Opentable to the venue’s point of salesystem. By inputting payment card details, you are consenting to the use ofsuch details by these third party payment providers, the venue and us for thepurpose of paying your bill and processing your payment. The use of yourpayment card details by third party payment providers and the venue is notgoverned by this privacy policy and will be governed by the third partypayment providers and the venue’s own terms of use and privacy policy. Werecommend that you access and review any such terms and policies prior toproviding your payment card details. Your card details will be securely storedby PCI compliant third party payment providers (including Toggle Software Ltdand Opentable) for ease of use in future transactions using the Application orSite. However, your CSC/CVV number is not stored and must be enteredeach time you use a card for authentication. Stripe Payments Europe Ltd orWing Shack Co do not have access to your card details nor does we storeyour card details on its systems, although it holds a payment processing‘token’ which retains some of the card number digits only. This enables you toidentify the appropriate card in future transactions and on your paymentreceipt.
Your Venue Visits
We may also collect point of sale data relating to your venue visits or ordersplaced online via the Site, including:
-the name and location of the venue you visited;
-the time and date of your booking or the transactions you made at the venue;-the food and drink that you purchased;
-the value of your transactions made at the venue or online;
-payment data including how you paid, whether the bill was split and who with;and any customer dining experience and feedback information that youchoose to provide in relation to the venue.
We may use point of sale data for the following purposes:
-for the future provision of a service to access your past receipts;-to improve and personalise your user experience within the Site;
-with your permission, to send you marketing communications relating to ourproducts and services, as well as third party products and services that wethink may be of interest to you
-for analysis and statistical purposes (see further below).
We collect point of sale data through the Site and directly from the restaurant’spoint of sale system.
Cookies
We use cookies to temporarily remember your location and device type so wecan provide you with a better user experience. These cookies are completelysafe and secure and will never contain any sensitive information. We do notstore this information or share it with anyone. We may also share your information with selected third parties including:

The Site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites ownedand/or controlled by third parties. Wing Shack Co employs a wide variety of security measures to back up,protect and manage your data. We undertake to secure your data as much aspossible using up to date technology and robust policies and processes.

To ensure your safety and for the prevention and detection of crime, CCTV isin operation during your visit to any of our restaurants. Please note if we arerequested to provide CCTV images of you or any other personal informationrelating to you by police or any other government authority investigatingsuspected illegal activities, we are obliged do so.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Wing Shack Co gift vouchers can be redeemed for dine in and takeaway at Wing Shack Co restaurant venues, gift vouchers can not be used for payment on delivery apps.
Each gift voucher (digital & physical cards) features a unique reference number to allow WingShack Co to track its redemption.
Purchasing and using a Wing Shack Co gift voucher constitutes acceptance of our Terms &Conditions.
Wing Shack Co gift vouchers are valid for 365 after the date of purchase.
Wing Shack Co vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full.Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase event tickets or merchandise from our online shop.
Physical gifts cards are valid for multiple transactions, until the monetary value of the card is fully redeemed. If the spend is lower than the digital gift voucher value, the difference will not be refunded nor exchanged for cash.
Use of gift vouchers may be restricted without notice if suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activitiesare identified or suspected by Wing Shack Co.
If the spend is higher than the gift voucher value, the difference can be made up with a debit card, credit card or cash payment at the time of redemption.
Wing Shack Co accepts no liability for gift vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged, or used in an unauthorised manner. In such circumstances, gift vouchers will not be refunded.
